Wellness and Beauty Solutions Limited (ASX: WNB) (“WNB” or “the Company”) today announced wholly owned subsidiary The Giving Brands Company Pty Ltd (GBCo) has signed a distribution agreement (Agreement) with CARE Distributors Pty Ltd (CARE) for to supply MICRO19 hand sanitiser products to the Australian transport and infrastructure industries.
The three-year agreement grants CARE the exclusive right to distribute the full MICRO19 range exclusively in the Transport and Infrastructure sectors in Australia, including to automotive repairs and suppliers, transport and logistics, and commercial product retailers.
Exclusivity is granted on the provision CARE achieves a minimum sales target of $3M over the term of the agreement. The Agreement is continuous until termination and can be terminated by either party with written notice or by breach of the Agreement.
The MICRO19 brand was launched in March 2020 to meet the strong growth and expected long-term demand for quality, efficacious hand sanitiser products. MICRO19 products are effective against 99.99% of germs and the retail range is currently available in a number of allied health services locations, at retailers including Chemist Warehouse, and via e-commerce.
In response to the strong increase in demand from business and industrial customers for hand sanitiser products, GBCo has extended the MICRO19 range to include commercial-size products, and floor and counter stands.
